AudioControl's BLD-10 allows for easy extension of high-quality audio signals up to 1000′ (305 Meters). It utilizes standard category-5 or 6 unshielded twisted pair wiring and is perfect for separating amps and source units in multi-room audio installations. AudioControl's BLD-10 also converts unbalanced RCA to balanced audio signal and its active balanced circuitry eliminates audio transformer noise. It has a four channel operation and includes 24 VAC wall plug power supply.

AudioControl's BLX-10 receives two channels of unbalanced audio and converts them to a balanced signal. It sends the converted balanced audio signal seamlessly up to 1000′ (305 Meters) over standard category-5 or 6 twisted pair wiring. The BLX-10 also provides the ability to receive a balanced signal via Category-5 or 6 wiring and convert to unbalanced audio. Its active balanced circuitry eliminates audio transformer hum or noise and it includes 24 VAC wall plug power supply.

HDMI over HDBaseT™

AudioControl has launched a new range of signal extenders that will allow for the extension of HDMI audio and video signals via standard CAT-5e/CAT-6 cabling. Based on industry leading HDBaseT™ technolgy, AudioControl's new HDBaseT extender package consists of the HDBT-S1™ sender and the HDBT-R1™ receiver, which are sold together as a system or independently for custom applications.

Traditional HDMI cabling is generally used for runs of 50' or less due to the quantity of bandwidth and speed needed for hi-resolution audio and video signakls. The AudioControl HDBT-SR1 allows signals to be extended up to 210 feet (70 m) over a single CAT-5e/CAT6 cable making these ideal solutions for systems requiring remote mounting of displaces and/or souirce units.

Additionally the HDBT-SR1 is designed for todays 3D and 4K signals. AudioControl is also the first US based company to offer an optional HDBaseT port factory-upgrade for its highly acclaimed Maestro M8 Surround Sound Processor. The AudioControl Maestro M8 incorporates an expansion port that allows the HDBT-S1 or HDBT-R1 to be optionally factory-installed thereby allowing the system designer or custom integrator the choice on whether to include HDBaseT connectivity, based on the individual custom requirements of the project.
